The material in this exhibition was borrowed from the Artpool Archive. Geza Perneczky contributed an introduction. The Sackner Archive is listed in the reference section of overseas institutions "that deal with the archivation of Mail Art material." The cover of one copy is rubberstamped with the name and address of Geza Perneczky, the other is not. According to Johan Deumaens who sold this work to the Sackners, this is an undinished copy of a newspaper with three of the pages blank with the intent to rubberstamp them but never completed. Wheatley's stamps are visual poems on the country of origin, e.g., the Polish stamp depicts an image of telephone poles, the Bhutan stamp - ladies boots, the Grenada stamp - hand grenade.
