"orig." penciled in column at left = S.U.I [University of Iowa] Library has original cartoon drawing.

"p" penciled in column at lefft = S.U.I [University of Iowa] Library has enraver's proof of cartoon.

"V" = S.U.I [University of Iowa] Library does not have engraver's proof.

Apparently all cartoons are drawn by Ding Darling unless otherwise indicated.
