This book includes reproductions of "Book 14 T that consisted of abstract markings rendered on the mimeograph machine. The book reproduces 'The Para-Concrete Manifesto (1996)' is from the original mimeograph printing. Some of the pages inside 'untitled (1964)' also reproduced in the book were based upon images used for levy's '6 cleveland prints' (renegade press, 1964). There were 5 copies published; probably each one different from the other. Here, copy #2. is reprinted. Some of the pages inside untitled(1964) were based upon images used for levy's 6 cleveland prints (renegade press, 1964). There were 5 copies produced probably each one different from the other. This edition reprints copy #2. Reprints: Book 14T (1966), The Para-Concrete Manifesto (1966), Untitled (include pages from 6 Cleveland Prints, 1964), and the envelope, mailed originally to Ian Hamilton Finlay, with the holograph address reproduced here and contains The Egyptian Prayer Wheel (1966). -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

The back cover design was done by Wally Depew. Book includes all arrest & trial news articles, 5 inlaid Kryss silkscreens, crtiques by levy's peers, comments by 40 of his friends and fellows, including Bukowski, Blazek, Richmond, et al. All major works of levy printed to date are included: CLEVELAND UNDERCOVERS, NORTH AMERICAN BOOK OF THE DEAD, RECTAL EYE VISOONS, PRAPS 1 AND KIBBUTZ IN THE SKY. According to rjs' introduction, 25 signed copies with extra pages were to be produced. The Sackners are unaware that this special edition was ever published. However, the Sackner Archive holds stapled pages that with the cover title "you can have your fucking city bak." -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.

This book includes a reprint of The Box Lunch Travel-og of Fremont Gulch and a photocopied colored reproduction of a painting in the collection of Ingrid Swanberg. The insert folder contains reprints of A marijuana ready-made, Hapy Hiroshima Day, and postcard (ganglia 5 cent piece). According to Kent Taylor in a personal communication (1997) to the Sackners, this was d.a levy's second book. Further, he believes that "Dave" in the inscription was Dave Williams, a boy friend of Taylor's first wife, levy's cousin, Joan. Several copies were destroyed from the run and Jim Lowell estimated that only 10-15 copies remained intact. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
