Published by actor Russ Tamblyn who was part of Wallace Berman's circle in Topanga Canyon. Hirschman mentions Louis Lepke Buchalter, Jewish-American member of Murder, Inc. in the 1930s & 1940s in this poem. He was apprehended and sentenced to death in the Electric Chair in 1944.
