Scope and Contents This is an appeal for money to erect a monument.Roe and Moore WEB 2016 offered "A letter and related cuttings concerning 'The Little Spartan War' of 1983. From the collection of Douglas Maxwell" for$987. It included a single signed, typed Finlay letter, thereby placing the value at about $400 a page.A two page letter, typed, signed Ian, in ink, dated 11.11.83 on his Little Sparta/Raspberry Republic headed paper. Sets out the outline of the dispute, with extensive commentary on the Judith Hart 'Paper' and her subsequent behaviour; 'To Hart, law is irrelevant (ultimately), and the citizen is irrelevant: what matters is that everything should be 'Arranged' by a few special people---in the interests of her 'vote'. It would be hard to find attitudes more openly Chile'. Copy of a bank transfer from P.M.Heringa of Amsterdam to the bank account of Hamilton Finlay 'Towards the Victory', dated 12.Oct 83. A copy of a letter from the Sherrif's Officer George Walker & Co to Hamilton Finlay...
