This book is a reprint of a unique artist book done by Caruso in 1977 in Firenze; its pages are uncut. It was published on the occasion of an exhibition by Caruso entitled, "Caso di Giorgione" held in Castelofranco Veneto, Treviso, Italy in 1996. This work was published in conjunction with a dedication of the reprinting of Futurist manifestos held at the Galleria d'Arte Moderna of Bologna, Italy on March 4, 1982. This four page accordion visual poem consists of calligraphic text and markings by Caruso over a abstract brown and gold painting by Varroni. The collage elements consist of six small, torn white papers onto which Caruso has written text. This artist proof copy from an unknown tirage of proofs, was published on the occasion of an exhibition by Caruso. The exhibition was entitled, "Luogo della Immagini del Segno Scrittura." The drawings all consist of three rectangular, vertical striped of white paint with a handwritten graphite caption at their bottoms.
