This is the first American edition; the first British edition was published in 1969. On page 15 is a typing by Pietro Saga (aka Pietro de Saga), another name for Stefi Kiesler, the wife of Frederic Kiesler who did about 100 typewriter drawings. -- Source of annotation: Marvin or Ruth Sackner.
